CATHERINE BLANCHAN (1629-1713)      Catherine was the daughter of Matthys Blanchan and Madeline Brissen Jorisse who came to America with three of their younger children on the Gilded Otter, April 27, 1660.  Blanchan had lost his property at his native place (Artois) and at Armentiers in Flanders.  Catherine probably came with her husband the following year.
